Our Story
- 2019: Grand Opening – Md Jashim Uddin opens the doors of Regina Food Corner, welcoming the community to a new world of Asian groceries and halal meats. This year marked the beginning of our commitment to bringing authentic Asian flavors to our neighborhood, offering a variety of spices, lentils, and specialty meats
2020: Community Favorite – Recognized as a favorite local spot for authentic Asian ingredients and halal products. Despite the challenges of the year, we strengthened our bond with the community, providing essential services and comfort through our quality products during difficult times.
2022: Going Green – Initiated efforts to source more organic and locally grown vegetables, supporting sustainable practices. This year was significant for our environmental commitment, as we started collaborating with local farmers and introduced eco-friendly packaging solutions in our store.
2023: Celebrating Diversity – Hosted our first cultural food festival, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of authenticity cuisine. The festival was a vibrant affair, featuring cooking demonstrations, tastings, and special discounts. It became a platform for culinary exchange and deepened our store’s role as a cultural hub in the community.
